AGM Notice of Motion 2026

Please use this form should you wish to propose an amendment to any of the clubs Relevant documents.

For example: “Many of our members are frightened by clowns due to childhood incidents in circuses.  To avoid distress we should ban clowns from attending our rallies and meetings”

The Club rules can be found on the website under the section ‘About the Isle of Wight Centre’

All proposals will be considered by the Chair and Secretary and put to the AGM for vote by the members.
